Lunch: 
  • Amy's Macaroni & Cheeze

Dinner:
  • Ground Turkey Kofta Kebabs- this recipe calls for Ground Lamb, but I had Ground Turkey on hand- it was FANTASTIC!
  • Mashed Potatoes
